Ghost 5/11/13

Swedish heavy metal band “GHOST” (Now known as Ghost B.C which is asinine in my opinion) SOLD OUT the main ballroom of Manhattan’s Webster Hall and for the right reasons. It was nearly two years ago they played in The Studio at Webster Hall which is the basement below the grand ballroom and then opening for Mastodon and Opeth on tour back in 2011-2012. Ides of Gemini opened up the show but due to horrendous lighting I omitted ALL PHOTOS from their set. Onto Ghost now. “The Clergy” began their set with music off their current album “Infestissumam” and diverged into “Opus Eponymous” The lighting was SUPERB and it was literally disturbing standing next to Papa Emeritus II as his stage presence is spot on and beyond any unique character I have ever seen, let alone shot photos of. Check out the photos below and also the interaction with The Nameless Ghouls on Facebook, who shared the photo gallery and also told me to “BURN IN HELL” I guess that’s their way of saying Thank you.
